Intrado 911net training – Option 1

This training is being provided by Intrado and is intended for all Idaho MSAG Coordinators.

In this training we will review how to insert & delete an MSAG, update an existing MSAG including how to split & combine.

We will also review the ALI DR, TN CR, & ESN processes.
