Hydrography Theme

Hydrography consists of surface waters and watersheds. Idaho's Hydrography Framework is part of the National Hydrography Dataset (NHD). Due to consistent and adequate support by USGS over many years, this Framework Theme is the most mature nationwide Framework accomplishment. Formal stewardship is in place, and improvements are incorporated from local sources. The Idaho Department of Water Resources is the Framework Steward.
