Energy and Utilities Theme

Energy and Utilities Framework Theme is composed of a number of elements that are important to citizens, government and institutions in addressing a number of issues including: planning for future energy needs, clean energy resources, energy policy, recovery from homeland security incidents and environmental regulations. Two element workgroups are being developed for this framework theme, namely Energy and Utilities.
