Proposed Parcel Work Group Tasks

· Describe the current status of parcel database across all levels of government

· Define a publication standard that all of the stakeholders will support

· Review existing statutes and administrative rules

· Promote public policy that will facilitate a uniformed approach to data production and sharing

· Coordinate with the effort to generate a higher spatial accuracy control network (Cadastral Reference)

· Identify the funding to fill the gaps in the statewide parcel layer

· Find the resources for a data fusion / distribution center
